By accessing or using our website, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any package (including the LaunchPad Internship), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may publish.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to enroll in our programs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is compliant with applicable laws.

3. Programs, Pricing, and Payments

• Displayed prices (e.g., ₹14,999 for the LaunchPad Internship) are subject to change prior to enrollment confirmation.
• Payment confirms your seat and access. EMI or split-payment options, if offered, are subject to additional terms.
• Taxes and payment gateway charges (if any) may apply.

4. LaunchPad Internship (Build-a-Complete-App)

This is a mentor-led, outcome-focused program. We provide guidance, curriculum, reviews, sprints, and deployment workflows. Your progress depends on attendance, assignment completion, and participation.

• Deliverables include a capstone project, code reviews, and certificate upon successful completion.
• Placement assistance is guidance-based (resume, interview prep, referrals) and not a guaranteed job offer.

5. Access and Usage

• Accounts and access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing or reselling course materials is prohibited.
• We may suspend access for policy violations or misuse.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the program-specific policy communicated at the time of enrollment. Once content is accessed or sessions are attended, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

7. Code of Conduct

Maintain professional, respectful behaviour during live sessions, communities, and project work. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, and materials are owned by TrueLearn Academy or its licensors. Your capstone projects are yours, but you grant us permission to reference anonymised outcomes for showcasing student work.

9. User Content

You are responsible for content you submit (assignments, messages, posts). Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates laws.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (to be provided on request or linked when available). We do not sell personal data.

11. Third‑Party Tools

We may use third‑party services (e.g., video conferencing, cloud hosting, email, analytics). Their usage is subject to those providers’ terms.

12. Disclaimers

Training outcomes depend on individual effort and background. We do not guarantee employment, salary, or specific results. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLearn Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or laws. The updated date will be indicated below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
